Back to School Teacher Appreciation Gift

Well, we got the kids off to school this week. We now officially have a 5th grader and a 3rd grader! And I know I think the same thing every year, but really, where does the time go?

As usual, I put together a little back to school teacher appreciation gift. I try to send little gifts to the boys' teachers throughout the school year, just to show them that we appreciate all their hard work. (Here are some past Teacher Appreciation Gifts.) While I try to gift them useful items they can use in the classroom, and not have to spend their own money, I also try to include fun items, and occasionally small gift cards, as well.

Here is a look at our back to school basket:

Back to school gifts tend to mostly be notepads, post-its and pens, basic supplies to start the year off. (And who am I kidding, love shopping for office supplies, and I personally have too much, so I shop for the teachers!) I also added in some snacks, along with some lotion and hand sanitizer. The dollar spot is my go-to for baskets and bins to hold all the treats, and lately they have had a pretty wide variety of containers to choose from; I went with wire baskets, in the school color of course!
