This little adventure of mine into the world of home decor blogging is celebrating a big day this week. The One Mile Home Style Blog is officially a year old!

One of the first posts was our Christmas decorations for last year:
I shared a creative way to organize make-up on my countertop:
Repurposing an old jar into a cute way to store cupcake liners was very popular:
Old canvases and atlas pages turned into some pretty great free artwork:
The boys and Grandma got creative turning a paper towel tube into a snow ruler:
We made some fun Easter decorations with paint chips:
I reorganized my tool drawer:
As part of the YHL Pinterest Challenge I created a command center on the side of our fridge:
I shared my tips on turning this mess into a successful garage sale:
I painted our main bathroom blue, and love it!:

A round accent table got the perfect makeover for one of the boys' rooms:
The master bedroom got a couple of new colors up on the walls this year too:

Our Halloween wreath was the product of some crafty repurposing:

The dining room table and chairs got reinvented in a BIG way:
I stepped out of my comfort zone and shared a super easy fashion DIY:
