Month In Review - May

Summer is in the air! I worked on a few fun little projects this month, and have been busy behind the scenes working on the details of a few larger projects that I will be sharing with you over the next couple of months. I can't wait! I feels like some of these upcoming projects are taking forever to complete, but they are going to be pretty fantastic once they are all done, and I can't share them with you!

Here is what went on around here in May:

We started the month with Teacher Appreciation Week, and put together little gifts (and a free printable) to let the teachers know that we appreciate all their hard work.

I shared an inspiring round-up of beautiful Grey Rooms, and since I found so many, watch for round 2 coming up in June!

Another round of books I wish I had time to read, someday, maybe.

I created a cozy little reading nook in an unused corner of the dining room, and it's one of my favorite little spaces.

This month I jumped into another Create and Share Challenge, and this time I gave a dull lamp a fun gold and map page makeover! You can also see 10 more amazing lamp makeovers too!

In preparation for one of the larger projects on the to-do list, I shared a list of the top 10 upholstered headboards for under $200. Hmmm, wonder what that project could be?!
