Are you, or someone you know, a crafty person? If so, you totally have to get your hands on the book CraftFail: When Handmade Goes Horribly Wrong by Heather Mann. We all know that behind every perfectly styled Pinterest picture, there are multiple fails waiting for their time to shine. This is where Heather comes in, her blog CraftFail showcases the real-life results from those beautiful pins.
In her fabulous new book, Heather put together some of the best CraftFails, sure to have you giggling to yourself, and reconsidering some of those pins you can't wait to try. I highly recommend checking it out for yourself.
Here are a couple of my favorites:
These melted snowman cookies almost made my cookie list last year, after seeing this I am kinda glad I didn't attempt them. But, that one in the bikini there is pretty sweet!
This homemade glitter feature was too funny! These folks went all out and tried a variety of materials and their commentary was great, you will never look at glitter the same.
Since Halloween is now over and it is "officially" the holiday season be sure to add CraftFail to your wishlist. Or, if you are looking for the perfect gift for that crafty friend or family member that already has a 10 year supply of washi tape and hoards glass jars and wood scraps like they are going out of style (not that any of that is in my basement), CraftFail would look great on their perfectly styled coffee table.
